On Monday, Lucy turned five months old.
That very day, the day these pictures were taken, Lucy started doing this rhythmic pounding of both of her legs when she's behind us in her car seat. Thump, thump, thump. Is that a personality I hear back there? It's just so incredibly fun to find out something new about her each day, to see her personality come into relief. I can't believe it has been five months and every day, I wish I could stop time. Ugh. I feel so lucky to know her and so honored that I get to watch her grow.
